Welcome to the Wilson’s Power Washing website. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of prowasher.com and our other Wilson’s Power Washing location websites (the “Site”), and your engagement of our services. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of These Terms

By using this Site, requesting a quote, or scheduling service with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Who We Are

Wilson’s Power Washing is a division of My Painter, LLC. In these Terms, “Wilson’s,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wilson’s Power Washing, a division of My Painter, LLC.

Our Services

Wilson’s Power Washing provides exterior cleaning services — including pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and related services — for residential and commercial properties. The specific services to be performed are those described in the estimate or work order you approve.

Quotes & Estimates

Prices shown on this Site, including any instant estimate generated by our “Build Package” tool, are preliminary estimates provided for your convenience. They are not a final quote or a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in a written estimate after we assess the property and the scope of work. An estimate is valid for the period stated on it, or for 30 days if no period is stated.

Scheduling, Access & Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the property and the areas to be serviced, including access to a water source and electrical outlets where needed. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible. We may reschedule service due to weather or other conditions that affect safety or quality of work.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your estimate or invoice, using the payment methods indicated there. Past-due balances may be subject to collection.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for informing us of any conditions that may affect the work — such as fragile or damaged surfaces, leaks, loose siding, pets, or items that should be moved or protected before service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for damage arising from conditions we were not made aware of.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and consent — by checking a consent box on one of our forms, by texting us, or by telling us directly — Wilson’s Power Washing, a division of My Painter, LLC, may send you text messages, including replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, and service updates, and, where you have opted in, occasional offers.

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive text messages from us.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 2 – 4 per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated here, and our total liability for any claim relating to our services or this Site is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
